I got a very nice email from a guy who had downloaded my Rice Eccles INSANE track. He was very nice, very complimentary. But he was curious as to why I had not shown any actual damage where the meteor had hit the ground at the track. It had never occured to me as it was just a joke to begin with. However that got me thinking... And then I got to work creating a graphics update package for the track. All you have to do is download this .zip file. Unzip it to your desktop (or wherever) Open the folder and then highlight the files inside, right click and choose copy (DO NOT COPY THE FOLDER. ONLY THE FILES INSIDE). Now open your C drive. Open Program Flies. Open Ratbag. Open Leadfoot. Open Data. Open tracks. Open Rice2 open Textures and click PASTE. It will tell you the files already exist and do you want to replace them, you say yes to all. VOILA! You now have serious fire and melted rock damage at the crator. You do not HAVE to do this and it won't create a problem racing with other folks who have or don't have the update. It's merely a graphics exchange with the same file names and won't cause a checksum mismatch problem....
